how soon is too soon?

How soon is too soon to move onto someone else? I recently ended my one year- three month relationship and have been single for 7 days ( a week) and already I have a guy who has offered himself as "rebound sex" and another guy who I have known since grade 7 ask me out on a date. I have been "tuning" them both. I did love my ex so I think it's a bit too soon but I am quite lost on what to do. How soon is too soon for you? Btw I left my ex as he was treating me horribly being emotionally and physically abusive.
