The 10,000 step pledge!
I am sure many of you heard that it is really important to walk 10,000 steps everyday for your health. Well, whoever said that did not work at a start-up and have two tiny toddlers to care for. Most of my exercise happens when I walk from my laptop to my kitchen to get my kids snacks and back again. Bad, I know.
So anyway - THIS WEEKEND, I want to take advantage of the slightly less work and slightly more help (hi grandparents) to actually walk those 10000 steps a day.
