So for the last few days I've had pounding headaches, I now have a cough that hurts really bad, a sore throats and just thrown up for the first time in my pregnancy and I'm almost 13 weeks. My body is super hot but I'm cold & im just not sure what's going on , my body also hurts and I can hardly sleep. Just being pregnant or could I have the flu?
