So i had the coil in for 4 years and finally had it taken out about 6 weeks ago!!

That thing was both a curse and a blessing! It completely stopped my periods so i haven't had one in such a long time that i feel like I'm starting from scratch again!!! Although I'm almost certain that it ruined my relationship of 7 years as it began to completely diminish my sex drive and cause me to believe I was falling out of lust and love with my man. I left him and only afterwards when i realised i actually didn't want it with anyone, even with some SUPER SUPER hot men who would usually have me fawning!

Anyway now I've had it taken out i feel more natural and I didn't have anything to replace it so I am hoping things return to normal pronto!

About a week ago i though i was coming on, I got the pains I remember so well and a little bit of blood. I expected the first one in 4 years to be thick and fast but after a couple of hours again there was nothing!

Anyone got any wise advice 😂😂?!
