Hey ladies! I've noticed a lot of people have questions about their bbt charts. I thought these might be helpful. I always take my bbt vaginally because it's a more controlled environment and I get a more accurate reading. I can always tell when I ovulate because I have a significant rise in bbt. Hope this helps some of you!
