I took one last night, and it said Pregnant 3+ How accurate are these tests? According to Glow nurture, I'm 4 weeks, 5 days since I have a 34 day cycle. Someone told me to add 2 weeks to the number seen. I've never used one before, so how do these exactly work in detecting how fae along you are?
