Please HELP

was due on my af on the 13/3/17 i have a cycle of 31 days and i am now late by a week (38 days) but having on and off cramping with no blood i have no other symptoms other than the cramps, eating more, tiredness and sore boobs, i also have creamy lotion like discharge and don't know what to think of it so if any one could give me any advice that would be much appreciated x
