Help!
Okay so, i've been on and off the Depo shot for 2 years. and when i was off the shot i was on the Pill. I know this is weird but, every time i cum i get awful cramps and i bleed for 2 days even if i'm not on my period. and i don't go in or anything. just rubbing. help?
