Has anyone here used premama of so what was your experience with it?

✋🏽✋🏽✋🏽 me this is my first month using it,I'm using vitex as well,I'm 8 dpo and I don't no if it's the premama or not but my boobs have gotten so sore and now my lower back and thighs feels like I've done a whole day work out!! I also used preseed when I ovulated fingers cross for us🙏🏽🙏🏽

Answer

I used it for the first time last month and last month was the first time I ovulated in the entire time I've been ttc, confirmed by bloodwork (I'm on my 7th cycle). I'm continuing to use it this month but according to my temps it doesn't look like ovulation is happening quite yet :/
