10dpo. Testing on 2/28.

I've had creamy cm even after ovulation and yesterday it turned watery. I woke up this morning and my pelvic region felt very heavy and sore. I went to the bathroom and there were small spots of blood on the tissue. I used the bathroom again about 30 minutes later and there wasn't any more spots. Still haven't seen any more blood/spots. Af isn't due until the 22nd. I have a headache now too and eating doesn't seem to help. Is it safe to take aspirin in the tww? And who else has had similar issues and later found out you were pregnant?
