3 Month Old Baby - Does it get easier?

Question

Is anyone having a tough time with their 3 month old? I assume it's the dreaded 3 month growth spurt coupled with the developmental leap. My babe is formula fed for many reasons and it's not for the lack of trying for his first two
months at any rate, he is no longer sleeping through the night, he's a terror to put down for naps now and bedtime used to be so easy and now it's not. He has been a fussy eater these days. meh......momma is tired!

It gets easier!!! My daughter is almost 6 months and she's finally starting calming down. Struggled with latch issues, tummy issues, sleep issues, pretty much struggled with everything but now we found the right formula, found away for her to sleep almost all night (bunch of folded blankets covered with a sheet on the floor of her room she hates her crib with a passion) but now she's a happy baby though she still very clingy to me but is getting better now that I started being her to daycare and hang out with her while she gets use to it she starts full time in may.

At that age baby is wakig fully between sleep cycles.

You may need to start some gentle sleep training

Yes dear I feel like 3-4 months might be the hardest. Yours could be hitting the 4 month sleep regression early. I would just do your best, figure out what puts baby to sleep the fastest. We spent many nights with baby in the carrier pacing our condo for hours cuz she just did not want to sleep... it's exhausting but now baby is sleeping a good 4-5 hour stretch at night and although she won't sleep more than 20 mins in her crib and will only nurse in the MIDDLE of her nap... she naps? Hah... we're all in this together?

Yes the dreaded growth spurt. You have two options. Tough it out or cry it out. It does get easier so don't let it break you. Soon LO will be crawling and playing and you will wish for these days back.

My son is almost four months. Unfortunately he sleeps when he wants at this point. And sleeps on me... thinking of sleep training soon but know that itll involve crying
