If you make it your own, sure. Definitely don't get the exact same style tattoo, but use it as a reference for your artist. 
Also, FYI, Google isn't a source/credit, the actual site the picture is hosted on and creator are who the credit goes to.

Most tattoo artist won't copy another persons work anyways so if you go to them with this idea they can change it up but keep the idea the same

I like it but naybe change it up a little with maybe roman numerals and a different flower! So they don't be the exact same. 😊
