what should I do ?

Me and my husband have been having sex unprotected sex for 7 months now been making sure I have sex on my fertile days and still no baby . I've been off my birth control since august ( 7 months ) so I don't know what could be wrong . I've been to the doctors they said they don't see anything wrong but made another appointment recently to go again soon and get further testing . Any advice or anything we could do ? We really want one
