One Positive One Negative Pregnancy Test

What does this mean? I am 11-12 dpo. First response early response test was positive and CVS digital was negative. Should I get blood work done or wait a few days and test again at home? My periods are between 31-35 days so that would of been anytime between yesterday (Monday) and this Friday. What's everyone's thoughts?
