Should i continue birth control

I've been on the patch for about 4 months now and i was put on it bc i had heavy periods, blood clots, and the were really irregular. Since i have been on it my periods seem to be even more irregular and my period is heavier and my blood clots have gotten larger..... Should i continue issuing it?
