leaking colostrum

On the 12th I had sex and he came in me and we kept going at it. I was having the stringy clear cm then but when I was to ovulate I got nothing but sore breast and nipples and now today this morning I was messing with my nipples trying to make them feel better and my right one was wet so I squeezed and colostrum came out and more came out and I've had tiny cramps but nothing else what are your thoughts?
