Hip Pain?

Does anyone else feel like their hips are being ripped apart? I can't find a way to get comfortable 😒

You could try youtubing prenatal yoga videos! There's lots of poses that stretch the hips and I've found that stretching really helped me with the discomfort

Me... every... morning. Some say to use a pillow to support your knees as you sleep but I've tries that and it does help but its not a cure all. My buns and hips are constantly sore. My favorite stretch has been pigeon pose.

Yah I'm 18+ weeks and it's getting worse. I just use icy hot to help the pain.

Omg yes!! It's insane! I can't sleep on one side too long before it literally wakes me up! 20 weeks and it's not getting better.. nothing helps either.. preggo pillow or not 😩

Yessss! I have had a pretty easy pregnancy so far but this hip pain for me is no joke!

26 weeks and it gets worse can't hardly get out of bed or walk sometimes. :(
