Can implantation be thick pink discharge?!

I had to use it real bad after holding it while running errands. Got home and went, got ready to flush and there was like pink chunky/paste like discharge on the bottom of the toilet? I'm 6-7dpo. Could that be IB? I didn't even look at the Toilet paper so not sure if there was any on there. I went pee again and there was nothing!
