multiple successful IUI's?

Has anyone had multiple successful IUI's? We had our first iui in December with femara and it worked! Unfortunately, I miscarried at 12 weeks (stopped growing at 8). Now I just finished taking the femara and should be ovulating next week and will be getting another iui. I am praying we have another successful iui. Has anyone ever been through this? What was the outcome? Thank you for any feedback!!
