Fertility clinic appointment

Well the dreaded letter came through the post today Our first appointment for the infertility clinic :( I know we should be over the moon were finally getting help after 14months of ttc but it feels 'real' now and hit us hard that we need help now :( I've been told to stop ttc coz of my kidney disease but on the letter it says the list is very long so do I accept he help while it's there?
