what to expect first time

My boyfriend and I are planning to have sex for the first time next week when he comes to town. He isn't a virgin but I am, what should I expect? Pain wise or awkward things that'll happen or anything.    I'm quite nervous but also very excited:) Stories welcome from your first time

I think the most important thing is to not keep your expectations too high. I don't believe your first time has to be horrible or painful, but I also think people make it seem like it's monumental. It's just about being close to the other person and intimate. Keep expectations low cuz it's likely to be a little awkward the first time. Remember to try different things and that it gets better and better every time! Takes some getting used to.

It can be awkward. Go slowly. Make sure your comfortable.. Foreplay is your friend as is lube.

My first time was.. Less than steller.. He was one minute man... By the time I was aware he was even doing anything he was done l.. Now why did I stay with him a year.. Anyway..

If your embarrassed, that's natural, just go slowly and let it happen. Forced or rushed sex is awful.. Be in the moment.. Don't say ok Saturday at 9pm your screwing me.. Just let it build and let it happen and if it doesn't.. That's ok

My first time was when I was 16 & my fiancé was about to turn 15 the next day. (Birthday sex lol) it wasn't very awkward for us because we've always had a very high sex drive towards each other. (We still do after 5 years) We had done just about everything but the actual deed long before we decided to go all the way. I remember feeling lots of pressure during & soreness afterwards. I did bleed a full length period & he claims I walked funny for a few days. I don't think it was as pleasurable as it is now for us. Your first time is just full of so many mixed emotions that honestly it isn't probably as exciting for the girl as it is the guy (or at least that's how it happened with us) I'm not disappointed by this at all, because I know it was me & my crazy emotions stopping me from just relaxing & enjoying it. It wasn't anything he done. I think your first time is very special, you'll never forget it & it's a feeling that is honestly indescribable. The connection we had afterwards was like this 🤞🏻lol. (Even more then we already was, which is saying a lot) It will bring you closer on a more emotional / spiritual level.

My first time wasn't a time I really enjoyed just because I wasn't ready to have sex at all. After my first time I didn't have anymore sex until I was 20 years old and at first I was nervous (like as nervous as getting my tattoo) but my boyfriend (ex now) was making out with me to calm me down a little then we were both getting situated (we were in a car and we had to get protection on) but after all of that was done we started making out again and to me it felt like a little pinch but as soon as y'all get into a rhythm it is actually a great enjoyment for both of y'all! And don't forget not to get pressured into doing anything your uncomfortable with.

My first time was painful, but I still thought it was enjoyable. It took us 30 minutes to try and get it in and I think part of the reason was I kept getting scared and tensing up. My cherry didnt even pop until like 3 times after that. I wouldn't freak out about it because your first time isn't a replication of what sex is actually going to be like, it's just like stretching it for the first time and getting a feel for what it's like to have something inside of you. I'd definitely use lube if you are nervous about pain, but like I said, it's really not like horrific pain, it's just like stretching a muscle for the first time that you didn't know was there. I apologize if that doesn't make sense haha
