questions about EVERYTHING !?

So, got my nexplanon out last friday. (So just over a week) still no period, doing the BD everyday almost. Im super nauseas, and irritated, and have diarreah really bad, and im SOOO hungry even when im full. Idk if symtoms of potential pregnancy, or sypmtoms of soon to come period, or symptoms of nexplanon being removed. Advice? Have you had nexplanon and gotten pregnant after? What were symptoms after removal? Should i be excited? Should i calm down? AHH
