sore boobs and small cramps.. too early?

It's about 9 days post estimated ovulation day and my boobs have been sore since probably day 4-5 dpo. This has never happened before. Usually I only get sore breasts before my period (which isn't due for another 2-3weeks.(I am not regular at all. I have skipped many months at a time) due to annovulation. Not necessarily because I don't ovulate but more because I ovulate every few months rather than every month causing no period. I have had very small cramps the last two days that are by no means painful but it is noticeable. The cramps only last a few minutes. This morning my fingertips on my right hand were tingly/numb(almost like if My fingertips were asleep) Anyone have any insight? I have also lost a total of 12lbs in the last month by eating healthy and watching portions. Doc said I have a better chance at conceiving if I lost some weight.  I am now 180lb and 5'3, 25 years old. We have been trying for 2 years. I have no other symptoms. Thank you!
