Diclegis

I'm taking Diclegis for nausea. I'm supposed to take it on an empty stomach at bedtime and in the morning. I feel like I have to keep something in my stomach at all times! Maybe this is why I don't feel like the medication is really helping me. I'm 7w6d today. Anyone else have experience with Diclegis?
