Job Searching While Pregnant
I'm 7+4 and have just relocated with my SO to a new state. I'm currently job searching, but I'm wondering when to disclose my pregnancy? I know an employer can't refuse to hire me just based on my pregnancy, but obviously they could find some other reason to refuse hire.
I think I should tell after I'm hired and began work or I began to show, whichever comes first. Thoughts? Advice? Anyone here who works in HR with an inside perspective? TIA!
