I'm exhausted and my pants don't fit right...

Went to the ER on Monday for pneumonia and found out via blood test that I am preggers... I can only be just under 4 weeks but I'm sooo tired and my pants feel snug...this is my 3rd pregnancy....I'm also starting to feel pretty nauseous....so the fun begins. ☺
