Ultrasound show ovulation?

I have an ultrasound after taking my first cycle of Femara. The ultrasound is CD 12 which is right around the time I should be ovulating. They are looking at the size off the folicals. The ultrasound is tomorrow but I've been getting negative OPKs today, could they tell if I am close to ovulation by the ultrasound?

My follicles are normally around 20 when they have me take the trigger shot (Ovidrel).

Or they will make you ovulate with a trigger shot once the folicle(s) are a good size.

The reason they do the ultrasound then is to see how big the follicles are before you ovulate so having a positive opk right now wouldn't be what you want. If they can't see the follicle/s then they won't know if the meds are helping enough.
