It's this a faint line

My period was four days late. It showed up on the 19th lasted the normal three days so it ended on the 21st. I'm not cramping but experiencing a full like pain right in the middle of my abdomen at the top of stomach. I've been eating non stop constantly sleepy very moody. I need answers I took a test the day before my period showed it said negative but I also had unprotected sex that day and four days straight before that. Omg 😪
