confused

I started my period last month on the 20th had sex w/fiancé on my most fertile days. I took several pregnancy test between the 12th and 18th all came out with faint positives. I even noticed my appetite is not as big when I normally eat anything I'm a lot more picky. Went to planned parenthood yesterday got a negative on my urine sample but had them take a blood test to be certain. I know my body anyways they said if the blood test came back positive I'd get a call in about 3 days. Took another test later that evening another faint positive. But this morning I noticed some slight spotting mixed with red and clear fluid can anybody give there opinion. Am I crazy or am I not pregnant.
