Moving forward...

I had a miscarriage on March 11th at 12 weeks. Although I am still grieving and mourning, I am motivated to move forward and to better myself. I cannot wait to start exercising (once I am cleared). I have a plan to lose a few pounds, get in shape and get healthy so we can start TTC. I want my body to be strong so I can carry a healthy baby. I will never forget my baby but I know I cannot stay in this place forever. I have to rebuild myself. I have got to put one foot forward. So here's to taking one step forward with my life!
