HELP USED SCOTCHGUARD WITHOUT THINKING

I'm literally freaking out. My grandma asked me to use scotch guard on her carpet. I started spraying it and the smell made me sick so I opened the door. Then she sprayed it all over the carpet. Would a little bit of exposure hurt the baby? I'm 18 weeks with my first baby and I freak out over everything.
