Swollen lymph nodes

Is it anything i can do about swollen lymph nodes? I haven't had one in years and didn't pay attention to it back then this time around its so painful every now and then that I'm starting to get an ear infection in my right ear, the right side of my throat hurts as if im catching a cold on the right side of my body and my head is breaking out only on the back right side. It sounds very weird but I just chucked it up to hormones in my pregnancy.
