when and what to pack in a hospital bag?

I'm currently 33 weeks and a FT mom 😅💙 should I start packing it now or later? Also any suggestions on what you guys took in your guys hospital bag and what was useful? Thank you ladies 😊

Breastpads
Maternity pads
Throw away underwear 
Towel for you and towel for baby also wash cloth/sponge for u both
Nappies
Cotton wool as baby wipes aren't advised for the first few days, I took a little tub to fill with Luke warm water to use with the cotton wool.
Nightdress & pjs
A few baby clothes
Milk/bottles (if your not breastfeeding) 
Blanket for baby 
Body wash 
Toothbrush/toothpaste

It depends on the type of hospital and what they provide. I've taken the "keep it simple" approach much like to do for vacation. My partner can easily pop home and get something if I need it. 
I have 2 bags, one for an emergency overnight stay and one for labor.

Emergency:
-basic toiletries (toothbrush, hairbrush, hygiene products, deodorant, etc)
-a nightie
-spare underpants
-nursing bra
-maternity pads
-for baby 2 singlets, 2 suits (one in 00000), a hat, mittens, socks, baby blanket and 3 disposable nappies.

Labor bag:
-warm PJ's
-nursing singlets and lose fitting pants
-nursing pads and maternity size pads
-underwear
-a change of clothes to go home in
-4 singlets and baby suits
-6 nappies
-2 hats, extra mittens/socks
-a blanket
-a muslin wrap
-a going home outfit (which is really just a cute onesie). 
-swim shorts for my partner
-a clean top and change of underpants for him too. 
-easy to eat, low GI snacks
-Powerade

I think that's about it. 
The two bags are meant to compliment each other. I will add my phone charger and a Bluetooth speaker in there too. Probably a heat pack also.

I'm waiting until after my baby shower to fill the hospital bag just because I'm the type of person who waits until last minute to do things lol.

I'm gonna pack comfy clothes, underwear, slippers, brush, shampoo & conditioner. A little make up. Will probably bring my breast pump. An outfit to bring home baby in & blanket for him.
