HELP WITH OPK TEST PLEASE!!!!!

I got a positive OPK this morning at 6 a.m. (we BD last night twice) and checked again just now (5:50 p.m.) just to see if it would still show up and its negative.. should we BD again or does that mean I have already ovulated ?! ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!
