If you spotted before your period bled a day after your period was due and then are still spotting a week later, would you take a preg test?

My period is always pretty regular since I got my mirena out in November. We tried last month to conceive and we Bd on my fertile days. My period never does this so i don't know what's going on. 
I usually start on 18th
I spotted 16 and 17 and 18 
I bleed mild to moderate 19 (a day late) and I'm still spotting here and there. 
Any advice?
