almost 8 weeks and I started spotting. should I go to the er?

I'm 7w6d and I've started spotting. It looks like creamy vaginal discharge. When I wiped a few hours ago it was very light pink. Now it's more of a salmon color, with tiny solid-ish clumps that dropped in the toilet. It's not bright red and I'm not having any cramping. Should I go to the er? I'm worried it's just going to keep increasing over the night.

Also I've been fighting a sinus and ear infection this week, so I'm taking an antibiotic and Tylenol (OBGYN said it was ok). My first appointment isn't until Monday.

I wrote a response earlier, but I couldn't post it because it was too long.

So, long story short. I had my 8w appt on Monday. Dr said I was measuring 5w5d. Tuesday night, I went to the er and miscarried.

I think it died two weeks ago and the OB just didn't want to tell me (or couldn't?) but the numbers didn't add up, so I kind of knew before it happened.

While my husband and I are saddened, I am finding relief in knowing that it happened so early and not farther along (or farther along in us preparing for the baby.)

I am eager to try again soon.

Go to the doc. It will put your mind at ease at the very least

The antibiotics changes your whole flora. So the yeast (discharge) changes as well. It doesnt seem to harmful. But a visit to your doctor should be considered.  If it does worsen or you have bad back pain and cramps head to the ER asap.
