So I haven't had a depo shot since August 2016 and didn't return to get my next one in November because my husband and I want to ttc.. Haven't had a period to this day but some very light spotting here and there that never lasts. 

Symptoms I've been having:

Very sore breast/nipples

Pelvic/ lower abdominal cramps

Nausea on some days 

Backaches

Headaches (but I don't know if they are related)

So I've been taking an ovulation test every day to see when I actually ovulate because glow can't figure it out without my period (which I haven't gotten). And the first day there was no test line, but the last like 3 days there has been a very light test line and I'm confused if that's just supposed to happen or what cause it says the line has to be dark pink or purple. But besides that, my husband and I have sex every day or every other day.. took a pregnancy test Sunday or Monday and it was negative but idk.. any advice?
