I just came off my birth control . I didn't tell my doctor and I'm scared to talk to my mom about it . So I'm not telling them . But my period was very irregular when I started BC 5 years ago! I have been off of it for a month now and I was due for my period 1 day ago. How long should I wait ? I really want to have baby but don't know where to begin . Any suggestions or tips to try would be greatly appreciated!
