I woke up this morning with excruciating pain down by my lower belly and I'm trying to conceive and the pain started early this morning and still hurting tonight even my lower back !!! what could that be it feels like a sharp pain and it's hard to stand up and I feel like I need to throw up 🤢 I also get very dizzy !! Help I hate this!! Oh I just got done ovulating so could I be pregnant and this is just really bad morning sickness.
