At 14 weeks 4days, tomorrow is my very first prenatal check up. The only time I've been to the doctor prior to this is when I went to go confirm my pregnancy and a few times I had emergencies and had to go to the hospital. But I'm very nervous yet excited. I'm super scared, I have yet to hear my baby's heartbeat, idk what to expect I'm iust scared. What type of things do they do at the first appointment? Can I eat or drink anything prior to the appointment because it's at 9:30 in the morning. Advice please? I'd greatly appreciate it ☺️ thank you in advance.
