Post partum joint pain
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing joint pain?
I had a straightforward pregnancy, tried to keep active etc
Had an emergency section but feel recovered (9 weeks ago) but I'm experiencing pains in my joints and wondering if it's still pregnancy related
Ie when I wake up in morning and walk, I get ankle pain. Ankle/arches/feet feel weak, to point where I stumbled down the stairs as I didn't have support.
Sometimes if Im bending over with little one, get stiffness and pain in my hips as well
Maybe it's just old age!!!!
