5 weeks and 3 days and no symptoms

I had a chemical pregnancy in January at around this time and today I've woken up and my boobs are no longer sore or feeling full like they have been. Should I be worried. I was having my HCG levels checked last week and they were rising properly but not had any since Monday. Has anybody else had symptoms and then they have gone.
