I'm 20 and was excited to do my first "adult purchase". My car lease is up and I went to the dealer to find out pricing on the new version of my car. I work and I go to school so a safe reliable car is necessary. My parents are helping me pay some payments and my dad knows the whole car talk ect. I went and asked the dealer if he can give me pricing on the car that I liked with my dad. He was so rude and arrogant to me. He goes I doubt you can afford this maybe look at another brand ect. Then he has the nerve to go "you probably only like this because your daddy said this is what he likes. So don't waste my time getting prices" I liked the car a lot and who cares if my dad has power to tel me he pays the insurance and is helping me with down payment ect. I'm so pissed at myself that I didn't speak up or walk out. Mind y'all I wasn't looking at a sports car or anything like that just a regular SUV and I wanted it to have navigation and on star nothing fancy. I just hate being treated like such a child and so rudely. Obviously I'm not going back there.
