Can someone tell me what the deal is with the pinapple after a positive OPK? How does it work and how do you eat the core too? We've been trying for 2 years and had a miscarriage in September. The dr called this morning and said it's not considered infertility because I've had a miscarriage so my "1 year" starts over from then. So until I can get into the dr (hopefully) I'm willing to try anything. So if someone could tell me how it works and how to do it and when to start that would be great!
