postpartum safe exercises?

Anyone have suggestions for when and what I can do?

Were you active during pregnancy? I started cardio at 4 weeks pp. Light weights at 6, yoga at 7. Normal spin, weights, cardio routine by 10. But I was very active before and during. If you weren't I'd be careful since joints are muscles are still sore. Yoga, walking, jogging are great to start. Light weights then incresse.
