Baby Colds

My sweet sweet 12 week old twins have colds I know there isn't much to do but I'm hoping something out there will help soothe them. Per doctor I am using saline drops and the nasal sucker. I bought a humidifier but I started to feel sick last night and I feel like it's making my throat worse? Or maybe that's in my head. Who knows.
