Seaman analysis

So my partner went for SA today and they told him he will find out the results in a week, well 2 hours later they rang and told us his sperm is perfect, there is nothing wrong with him at all. Well now it's left to me, been trying for a year and had 3 miscarriages all at 6/7 weeks. I've had a blood tests to see if I'm ovulating (Dr's receptionist is off sick so literally have no idea if I am or not) but I had tests for my hypermobility which showed I have protein c problems but can't confirm until I have another blood test done on April 6th. Also been told by ultrasound I have PCOS, so I'm just wondering what's the best vitamins to be on to help ovulation and conceive? I'm on folic acid already and he's already on vitamins, I just want to best chances of getting pregnant and having a sticky baby!
