I think it's negative...9 days before missed period but have been nauseous for two days with headaches so thought I would try. Also boobs hurt and I have this cramping feeling in my right lower back. Too soon??

Too soon to test. Your still in the running though. If your 9 days to your period than you could still be working on implanting. Then you need to have some hormone to test for. It takes a few days after implantation to produce enough hormone to detect in most tests. For me, AF is due on the 26th and I ran out today to buy a test that would detect a lesser amount to know sooner
