I have gained 5 pounds and I'm only 10 weeks! I feel like I am eating way too much but I can't stop myself

I have hyperemesis gravidarum pretty bad and now on a zofran pump but so far ive lost about 30 lbs and just starting to gain some back! Id say i have atleast gained 10 back of that 30 lol

My doctor said 1-5 lbs in the first trimester, but everyone is different! I personally lost 10 lbs before I was put on Zofran , I'm 8 weeks.

9 lbs almost 17 weeks but thankfully I can stomach more than carbs now and can work out again since the nausea went away so hoping for overall healthy weight gain!
