The constipation is real ladies!!!
I am 14 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I have been struggling with consultation to the point I dread going poop... it's be honest it's so painful an sometimes to the point my butt bleeds... I hope this isn't too much information but if I'm not alone ladies share with me what you are doing to treat and prevent constipation during pregnancy.
